I'm Home in Heaven dear one's

Oh so happy and do bright!

There is perfect joy and beauty

In this everlasting light.

All the pain and grief is over

Everlasting tossing passed;

I'm now at peace forever,

Safely home in Heaven at last.

Did you wonder why I so calmly

Trod the valley of the shade?

Oh! but Jesus' love illumined

Every dark and fearful glade.

And He came Himself to meet me

In that way so hard to tread;

And with Jesus' arm to lean on

Could I have one doubt or dead?

Then you must not grieve so sorely

For I love you dearly still;

Try to look beyond earth's shadows,

Pray to trust our Father's will.

There is work still waiting for you,

So you must not idly stand;

Do it now, while in life remain

You shall rest in Jesus' land.

When that work is all completed,

He will gently call you home;

Oh the rapture of that meeting.

Oh, the joy to see you come!

Shelby Dinai Rogers-Walker

Born in Kingsville, Texas to Loujean Stauffer and James Lee Rogers on 27th of Feb 1975. Shelby went home on the 24th of Sept 2006 to live with God and his angels and awaits the day we will join her.

Our Family Chain is broken,

as God takes us home one by one.

One day soon, and our jobs are finished here.

Our Family chain will be connected forever,

never to be broken again.

I tried to construct a time-line of pictures of Shelby as she grew up until the months before she passed into His arms.

She may not be here today to hold and talk to but rest assured she was loved and will forever be loved by me, her mother, by her son, Aaron and her brothers and sisters.

No one can know the special bond we all shared with her for the short 31 years we were allowed to have her here on earth.

She grew in your heart.

She grew under and in mine, This bond is one known only to her and me. I will give you this chance peek inside of it

There will be some who feel offended by the few unpleasent memories I share and for that I am sorry. But in time you must accept that no one person really knew Shelby as I did. Just as you saw only the good, I saw both sides of her liife here on earth. 

None the less...

Shelby, my beautiful baby girl was always full of laughter and smiles

2 yrs old, she loved to laugh

Into a loveable sweet toddler.

3 yrs old

To us, her family, she was Shelby, my daughter, Jimmy, Rick, Chris, Brandi, Angela's big sister. We will cherish our personal memories forever and are pleased to share them with the world.

4yrs old

To you Shelby may have been a woman known to the "Fight Industry" as "SHELBY GIRL WALKER". None of her family knew that person.

She was simply Shelby, and always so much more to us, her family.
